Experience is really the best teacher. As part of the technological generation, I tend to explore the benefits of working online and helping people distantly. I worked in the BPO industry for more than a year and our responsibility was to assist the customers and provide them with a service that would satisfy them also worked in the back office closing improper cases and making sure that the customers got the benefit they deserved.
