I have 5 years experienced in work in the Philippines doing in BPO industry as a non voice and doing back office jobs. My previous employer name was Personiv and their client is Thryv. Mainly my job their is to monitor calls and to assess if the call will generate revenue to the client or not. After 2 years I was designated as a trancriptionist which is somehow hard at first because it is not the usual just to encode the words but also to identify the call will generate revenue to the client. And there are many software tools that needs to access, which i have used to as time goes by. After 3 years in work I was designated to do multitasking job handling data entry in which I organinzing spreadsheet encoding all the data needed the team and supplying all the workload which is needed in a daily basis. I can also do multitasking to make my work fast and proficient. Hope you will appreciate my talent.
