Dear sir/madam My name is Jatin Baghel or I live in Uttar Pradesh. There are 4 people in my family, physically we are 2 brothers and mother father, I have completed graduation this year or I have 2 years of experience in BPO, the name of the company is Teleperformance, it is the process of SBI.
I have apply for part-time job because I have skills to manipulate with the customer and some writing skills. I am hardworking and always ready to do any type of work.I was there at CSA or my work was that when calls came I had to handle them politely, after listening to the customer completely,
I did not interrupt them, after that provide solution to the customer and register the complaint if required.
