I am also studying ict in university and I have technical knowledge. Especially with knowledge about the office pacakge which is required for creating documents.
My knowledge is sufficient to type properly. Also, I have acquired the necessary knowledge through an ict course. Trust me and I will do the work you give me. I can give you word, pdf files as you need. I can also convert them to pdf. You can copy and paste and create the document accordingly. Also, because I have knowledge about databases, I am able to enter data into the database using my sql. As I am a university student, I will provide the service to you on a part time basis and will deliver to you on time.
