How Writers Can Be Appreciated Which Will Boost Their Morale For Writing

I really love writing,it has been my hobby to be writing I don't just know the passion I find in it I can sit down and write a storybook, I have written a lot of books including stories,true life stories,magazines for schools,experiences and so on like that.
It is my first time applying for such a job,I have never done one in my life but because of the passion of writing I just applied and I was happy to have registered successfully. Writing is not an easy stuff,the pain of sitting down and thinking of what to write and all the stress of even typing is not an easy stuff so don't just think writing is an interesting stuff or anything like that when it comes to writing the article that is why you see writers who appreciate it when their works are been rewarded,the joy when their writing is being appreciated by the public and widely accepted,imagine the feeling of working in a hot,shiny sun in the afternoon and your employer just come to rubbish your hardwork,how would you feel that your hardworking is being neglected you won't be able to continue,even if you want to continue you won't put more effort into it just as you were doing in the past so that is how we writers feel when our work are being neglected by the public because some of them out there don't know the value of writing,they don't know that there is more to writing than as it sounds the word writing is easier said than done but people with passion for writing like me find it interesting and easier to write,I can keep writing an article for a complete three months if not interrupted by a third party.
Well,writing is an interesting stuff it really matters in most of our day to day activities because all our newspapers, magazines,online articles,textbooks and printing are done by writers so imagine if all that were removed from some people activity,their life is incomplete. So I would urge the public to appreciate the efforts and hardworks of we writers it is not an easy journey to be writing but if we don't write who would do it so I would be ecstatic if I see the efforts of we writers appreciated.
