I am Amita, I'm based in kolkata and I've been tutoring for a good 3 years and can proudly say that 4 out of 7 students of mine have done exceptionally well, with all As and A*s in their 10th boards exams (CAIE). I teach students from standards 5th to 10th. I feel this particular age group is where the "turning point" is most commonly experienced when it comes to academics. This is the period you figure out what subjects you are good at annd what interests you and what needs to be worked on.
I strongly believe in studying productively, even if for a short while. I make sure my teaching leaves my students in a constant process of thought, because if they navigate the solutions and work their way through a question by themselves- they will understand and truly learn something. I try to make learning as fun as I fun for my students so they remian on their feet all the time and not zone out.
I teach all subjects.
I charge rs. 500 per 1 hour class. If there is uncertainty, I do provide with a demo class for the child and their parent to test out the waters.
