i can type 400 words for rs 400 and my work will done within limited time.
i am able to type quickly and accurately, ihave an eye for detail, and be able to work under deadline.
i have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) to achieve a standard efficiency level as a data entry operator.
Fast and accurate typing really just comes down to practise ; The more i do it, the better and faster i'll get .
i use my all 10 fingers while typing .This method helps me to type faster.
A high level of written communication skill is required to enter data free of spelling and grammatical errors. I focus on catching every detail.Be succinct .Avoid long, winding sentences in your written and verbal communication. i speak clearly to make my point , and ensure my typing is brief and to the point (but with enough information for the other person to understand ).I avoid rambling or mentioning unnecessary information. As a data entry clerk ,i must work under strict deadlines for each assignment. i keep in my mind that a delay in my work affects thier productivity , too.
In addition , time management skills help me work with increased focus to finish your work while maintaining a work-life balance. I plan ,Before start working , estimate how much time each task will take to complete, and plan my day to set reasonable goals to get chunks of work done. This will help me to stay on track.
Creating a priority list. Chart out what data needs to be entered urgently and what tasks are second priority. this will help me prioritize the most critical tasks and do them first. I start early, and divide my work evenly across the time i have to avoid working in haste. In addition, getting an early start each day will help me make the most of the hours available to me.
As a data entry worker , i need superb attention to detail to minimize the risk of errors. An incorrectly entered number, Full stop, or comma can significantly impact the data outcomes, so work must be accurate. As improve in typing speed, i pay extra attention while checking work and look foe critical details to correct any errors in data. I double check my work efficiently. Check for spelling, grammer, and any other possible mistakes.
