I am starting new work as free lancer otherwise i am well aware of data entry job and i can prove it if you give me a chance. I have previously worked as call center agent/ supervisor where i have managed team of about 150 plus agents and then worked as Quality Assurance specialist in operations where i keep track of multiple operations and functions of call center. Now working as complaint management officer in a bank. I have multiple works to perform such as writing and managing excel sheets, writing and managing word files, writing and managing power point presentation, working on excel reports, generating system BRD and testing of various software for implementation. Keeping responsibility as the key role and keeping program out come in positive way i have learned alot for keeping my work always perfect and achived all the necessary tasks done by all mean. I will keep doing thesame in future.
