Data Entry is the updating of specific work into the system when it is provided. I have worked as a data clerk for four years and above working with medical programs. I have the required knowledge and experience in data Entry. I have been updating case files that posses clients information in the system called Electronic medical Record (EMR), I have been updating services that are provided to clients in the Electronic medical Record,I have assisting in the management of clients personal records including retrieval and filing of folders, Assisting the facility M&E person in keeping track of summary and source documents, generating reports from the electronic medical Record and supporting the completeness and checking for accuracy of information before being updated in the Electronic medical Record. Am self driven, accountable and determined in performing the duties assigned to me. In data entry job, I gained some skills like computer skills, report writing, being creative and time management.
