I can be useful hence that is my current position where I work,I have been working as customer care since the year of 2021 September to 2024 march ,in that period of time ive been able to acquire certificate of best staff twice ,I am an exceptional employee. To me customer care is the most important thing in an organisation,how you take care of your customers matters a lot. In my current position I always make sure that I give my best to the customers in need of assistance, making sure their problems are solved is an assurance that they will come back again to inquire any form of services in the company . As a customer care I play the biggest role on the customers feedback about the company and maintaining them ,by giving best customer care services we get referrals from our customers and that helps with the growth of the company.
