For instance if a customer complains about a product not been good or an improvement in the product I will first politely apologize for the issues he or she has faced and tell them that the problem will be fixed then get the complains to the right department
My experience : I haven't gotten much job experience but I worked in a supermarket for 3 years as a sales cashier, I came across a lot of different customers with different behaviors but I can boldly say that I have build a mutual relationship with my customers,and it expanded the business
