I am a secretary working with the Department of Health, I have 10 years of experience in my line of duty with two promotions.  My job description is mainly based on typing, editing  documents, sending and receiving mails, and drafting simple letters for my boss. I am good in MS word, excel, powerpoint and publisher.

I can type 40 wpm, with this speed I am the most trusted secretarial personnel in our department since I can accomplish a lot of tasks per day.
