With my experience working in busy environments, example as an administrator (richscienceworld)in a chemical company,had to learn a lot doing several activities with a short period of time without delay.
As a billing clerk in (Nairobi Women hospital Mombasa) I had to learn more dealing with patients , doctors and staffs at the same time,with timely daily patients information updates, invoices, discharge of patients ,emergency cases in theatre had to deliver the best under pressure.
