I am an experienced adminstrator desiring a position to apply. I am currently employed as an administrative assistant, and I am often required to do a lot of data entries and procesing, both numerical and non-numerical. I have over 10 years of secretarial and administrative experience in the administration field and i can effeciently type up to 120 words per minute, with a very short turn around period, in terms of submitting my work. I am also a very highly organized proffessional, with a high sense of discretion, confidentiality, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
Proofreading and editing is also one of my major activities as i often deal with writing reports, memorandums, letters, proposals and minutes for my supervisor or for our division as a whole. My ability to multi-task also enables me to complete my tasks in a very short period therefore allowing me to meet my deadlines on time or when it is required.
