As a Teacher with 5 years of experience teaching academic and the school students, and + 4years of experience as an out-reach-life-skills instructor and psychosocial supporter, as a scouts leader and a medical student, I apply with enthusiasm for this role.
I began my career as an ESL Teacher in IH house- Benghazi before relocating to Washington DC academy for 2 years to work as a Teacher for 2 years using many different resources .meanwhile I was multitasking with my studies, my sport (rugby) and my scouts responsibilities .
Then I joined the Future Makers Society which is in partnership with the UNICEF and IOM as I taught multinational migrant (African ) students and out of school students including Libyans and other Arabic nationalities .In FMS, I also worked as a life skills instructor and PSS(psychosocial supporter) which are prominent subjects in terms of integrating the educational system with the daily-life tasks subject (life skills)
As well as the planning to deliver a high-quality of service in virtual settings, I am experienced in administering and evaluating remote assessments in preparation for examinations. I employ a range of traditional and progressive methodology, incorporating experiential learning opportunities whenever possible.
I see myself as an educator, a scouts leader for over 8 years and a life skills instructor, I encourage students to question their actions, the way that others live, and how we can use our knowledge to question the choices we make. I foster collaborations with leadership and fellow teachers that promote a flexible, supportive, and dynamic learning environment. I am delighted by the 90% average pass rate that my students achieve.
I use a range of technology in my indoor and outdoor classes, including Zoom, Teams, Skype, Google Classroom, ClassDojo, Buncee, and FlipGrid. I am also a Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 and 2).
I have enjoyed my time with all of my experiences and I am looking forward to getting more experience and challenges in my book, such as yours.
